#84: How to move on through Trauma with Noelle Morgan

Are you someone who stays under the cover in the face of adversity or do you stand up and face it?

As we journey through life, we are bound to encounter traumatic situations. Most times, our childhood trauma(s) hunts us; no matter what we do, we can't overcome it.

When life throws a lemon at you, make a lemonade off it. To take us through this lemonade-making process, I have my friend Noelle Morgan sharing her story to inspire you.

Noelle Morgan is a Certified Professional Coach trained by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, IPEC. She is an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner also from IPEC.

She has a degree in psychology and built an HR and executive coaching career at multiple Fortune 500 companies both in the US and UK.

She says, "I always live my life to the fullest because none of us are getting out of here alive. I have asthma and bronchiectasis, and this has in no way curtailed my passion in life, including running marathons and climbing Kilimanjaro."

She adores theater and is obsessed with traveling and exploring new places and countries. Noelle works 1on1 with professional women ready to make a change, stop hiding, speak up and show up in the spotlight in their own life.

Noelle is a brave woman who refuses to allow the weight of adversity and trauma to keep her down.

She believes that, even though trauma changes us, we have a choice to determine how we move past it.

This episode will inspire you to get things moving in your life, irrespective of where you are currently.
