I teach certified coaches how to stop chasing clients and start attracting them.

Hey! I'm Michelle

My Story

There’s a part of you that got you here.

The struggles. The challenges. The long, winding journey you didn't have a map for.

Like reaching for the summit of a mountain you could barely see from the bottom.

In the beginning, you didn't know how to get there. You fell. You tripped. You slipped on rocks you didn't see coming. You trembled on ledges that felt impossibly narrow.

And somewhere along the way — sometimes alone, sometimes with the right person beside you — you figured out how to navigate the treacherous parts.

And then one day you made it.

You're standing at the top now. Looking back down the trail. And you can see them — the women behind you, doing exactly what you did. Searching for the path. Slipping on the same rocks. Wondering if they'll ever make it.

Only this time you know exactly what to avoid. Where to turn. When to slow down and let the view sink in.

|That's my mission.

As I look back from where I stand, I see myself reaching back — holding out my hand to a woman who has done the inner work, who has something real to offer the world, and who is ready to build the business that lets her give it.

That's what we're here to do.

And that's why I teach coaches how to build a coaching business that actually works — so they can stop figuring it out alone and start changing the lives they were meant to change.

The vision

"I envision myself holding the hand of a woman who's inspired, done the inner work, and is ready to contribute her life and service to those behind her."

How I Got Here

I was a certified coach with zero clients.

I started exactly where you are. Full-time pharmacist. Newly certified coach. Zero idea how to get clients.

I did everything I was supposed to do. Networking events. Social media. Website tweaks. Emails. I perfected my elevator pitch — then changed it. And again. Nothing worked.

Then I published my memoir. Launching a book felt like a dream — until I had to sell it. Turns out a book on the shelf doesn't automatically mean clients at your door.

At that point, I had two choices. Make this work. Or go back to full-time and call it done. I chose to make it work.

I got certified in copywriting and email marketing. I invested in mentors. I tested everything on my own business first. And slowly — then all at once — it clicked. Clients started coming to me. Not because I was hustling harder. Because I finally had a system.

That system became the Client Enrollment Method™. Now I teach it to coaches who are exactly where I was.

Your certification means nothing without clients to use it on.

I've been living with a permanent physical disability since I was 11, after a car accident. I'm 4'4", and I walk on crutches.

Most of my life, I spent feeling invisible. Not because of the crutches — but because of the weight of shame and unworthiness I carried alongside them.

The day I decided to stop feeling small was the same day I decided to hike 26 miles of the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. My trainer's jaw dropped. "Michelle, you know people die and fall off cliffs there, right?" I booked the ticket anyway.

I trained for months. Two hours a day, seven days a week. I needed a plan, a guide, and someone who knew every slippery rock before I got to it.

I made it. All 26 miles. On my pink crutches. Up over 10,000 stairs. And somewhere on that mountain, I understood something I've never forgotten — the dream didn't get me there. The preparation did. The right people did. The map did.

Building a coaching business works exactly the same way.

"I didn't come this far, only to come this far."

What the mountain taught me
Choice
You decide what’s possible before circumstances get a vote.
Commitment
Consistency beats inspiration every single time.
Courage
You don’t wait until you’re ready. You get ready by going.
Connection
The right people and the right guide change everything.
Confidence
It’s not something you find. It’s something you build by doing.
