#80: Becoming Your Brand Starts With You With Kelly Daubach

Time moves so fast.

Twenty-four hours feels like a couple of seconds when you have a lot of work to do and deadlines to meet, especially when you work remotely, or you are your boss with no specified orders to follow.

It is easy to bury yourself with work, neglecting the other things that make up your core existence as a human.

Everything starts from within. You need to have yourself first, then your health, before having the wealth that goes with all of it.

How do you then become productive and experience growth without compromising self-care in your business?

Kelly is a Business Coach who helps healthcare professionals exit corporate healthcare and become CEO of their businesses.

She has a background of 15 years as a distinguished sales and operations executive with a career highlighted by success in diverse settings. As a former VP of Business Development, her superpowers include leadership, strategic planning, product introduction, and coaching teams.

Kelly has generated over $100MM in organic revenue from her niche in business development, sales training, and solution selling.

Kelly has spent the last 15 years launching businesses from scratch for corporations, and now she is doing that for healthcare professionals transitioning from 9-5 to become CEO of their own businesses. Her specialty is new businesses, from 'bootstrapping' proof of concept to building out a category of 1 niche to elevate the brand of each unique business to gain immediate traction in the market.

Kelly is a Certified Professional Coach and Registered Dietitian. She enjoys a very active lifestyle with her husband and two children, boating, hiking, and traveling.

As a dietician, she is big on natural healing means. She believes "your food can be your medicine and your medicine, your food."

While Kelly believes that investing in your business is essential, she also thinks setting boundaries is necessary. Take occasional breaks, do something fun outside work, clear your head, and give room for creative thought processes.

Working with Kelly, you will find her style to be authentic, genuine, empowering, and FUN!
