#72: Make Space For What Matters with Lisa Kaplin
Over the last few weeks, myself and many women shared the same feelings about some of the news and changes in our present state of affairs. As I was looking to invite speakers to join me in a conversation about women's empowerment, Lisa’s name was the first that popped up.
Lis has been my teacher and trainer through iPEC coaching, where I completed my coach certification program. She is someone I look highly upon as a role model in women's empowerment. To me, Lisa is authentic. Her words empower you to lead.
Lisa works with women who find themselves at a crossroads in life. Leaving the workplace, returning to the workplace…Lisa is an expert in helping women to find their voice, set goals and achieve them, developing confidence and solution-centered plans so they can unlock the next chapters of their lives in a fulfilling way.
As a Psychologist, Professional Trainer, and Executive Coach, Lisa has helped clients identify what is holding them back and how to overcome those obstacles. Lisa has provided leadership, executive presence, change management, and communication development for individuals and teams in various industry and organizational settings.
Lisa’s vast education and work experience make her a highly insightful and skilled executive coach who guides leaders to measurable and significant growth. She provides a safe and encouraging environment combined with powerful coaching skills to help clients increase personal awareness and achieve their professional goals and aspirations.
In this episode, Lisa talked about her psychologist experience and decided to shift gear and become a coach. Lisa also talked about her experiences on how she started her coaching business journey and what you can do to get going on this journey.
