#71: How to be productive using Dubsado for your coaching business with Kathy Powell?

Feeling like a hamster running on a wheel?

One thing I didn’t realize before getting into entrepreneurship is the number of admin tasks, network events, and projects that will directly impact my coaching business. After the first year of building my network, working full force to create a visible presence, I’ve learned the bottom line in building a scalable coaching business is to establish a standard operating process so things can be organized, repeatable, and easy to access.

Getting to this step takes time and you probably won’t know until you actually come across these tasks in your business. My personal rule of thumb is that if I am working on a task or project and I find myself keep having to repeat these steps, then it is time to create some type of system to take this task off my plate so I can focus on what truly matters in my business.

Kathy Powell is a virtual assistant who specializes in simplifying onboarding and offboarding processes for coaches, consultants, and other service providers.

She is a certified Dubsado Specialist, a Life Coach, and also has experience as an Office Manager in the corporate arena. These experiences and skills give her a unique understanding of the complex requirements of her clients.

Time management and streamlining workflows have always been Kathy’s top priorities. She optimizes and automates stressful and time-consuming tasks for her clients so they can have a better-balanced schedule to do more of what they love.

Kathy has a calm, grounding energy and loves to teach productivity skills to her clients, and watch their businesses transform. When she is not at her desk making life easier for her clients or spending time with her family and pets, Kathy enjoys hiking and nature photography.
