3 Steps to Find Your dream Clients In Your Coaching Business

You’ve tapped into your zone of genius and are ready to create impact and income in your coaching business. Still, your business hasn’t grown because you’ve been focusing on giving value and pouring your heart and soul into everything you have created devoid of YOU.

Your community isn’t growing, and your website looks like a beautiful book lying nicely on a coffee table, but the people who have paid attention to you so far aren’t paying you for your services or even leaving comments.

Sometimes just knowing your niche doesn’t guarantee you get fully booked with the clients you love to work with within your coaching business. In my past four years of being an entrepreneur, I’ve learned there are two types of clients you will attract in your coaching business: Those who get on your calendar randomly with fear-based energy and say no to everything and those who come through by pure divine alignment.

A soulmate client aligns perfectly with who you are as a person and as a coach. In a business sense, this concept of working with Dream Client is a very foreign word to many.

The question “Who is your ideal client?” gets thrown around a lot but having a soulmate client means you CLICK with that person on a professional and personal level. They are happy to pay whatever you charge and, most of the time, willing to pay even more. They’ll refer ALL of their friends, family, and everyone they know to you.

Your Dream Client usually will walk away from each of your sessions with the most benefit from your work because together, you both energetically resonate at the same frequency.

You feel energized, and never drained, and working with a dream client FUELS your passion for your work. And you get paid for doing it!

What is a soulmate client?

You’ve probably heard about this term only in the sense of intimate relationships. It fulfills the human desire of finding that ONE true love with a feeling of deep or natural affinity to you. This person typically possesses similar characteristics, love and romantic bonding, and you feel that sense of calm when you are around them.

It is more likely than not you feel extremely empathetic for them. YOU GET THEM! You understand deeply what they need, and they understand what, together, you CAN do once you both enter this relationship.

In a business sense, your SOULMATE is no different than that of a soulmate in your relationship.

  • This person has a deep affinity for you and your brand.

  • This person understands what makes your brand unique from other competitive brands.

  • This person feels connected, loyal, and simply trusts that YOU and ONLY YOU can provide what others can not.

Why is it important to have a soulmate client?

One of the biggest struggles for coaches who fail to nail down the idea of meeting the needs of their soulmate clients is they have to work twice as hard and spend twice as much to build trust and, like the clients they want to work with.

It’s a hit or miss in your marketing campaign where sometimes you speak their words, and other times you completely miss the mark.

  • Does GM focus on women in the car industry?

Every memorable brand focus on meeting the DREAM client’s desires.

The idea that I can sell my product to every living being on this planet is why many businesses fail to survive on social media (and sometimes in the real world too). Think of this as your dating profile, the way a dating profile is set up; they don’t set up the profile and give you free rein to requirements. They ask you about the person’s age, preferred location, Interests, hobbies and what turns you on, and what’s a deal breaker for you that you are looking for.

Because you are intentional, you are purposeful, and you know where you can lead with the most transformative impact for the person you serve or sell your products to.

As a business owner, that’s how you want to narrow your search and streamline your marketing efforts. Instead of looking for 1000 people and hoping you find one who said Yes to trying out your product, why not get 100 Yes right from the start?

A soulmate is your business asset.

How to find your Soulmate client?

Empathy Map

As a business owner, in a competitive real world, the first place I would recommend starting is from the Empathy Map.

The empathy map was developed by Dave Gray, a co-founder of strategy consultant at Xplane. What is it - a visual tool that allows you to understand your target persons more deeply. (so that you can complete your Soulmate client profile in much narrower and more detailed)

This allows you to connect with a stranger via visual, text, and emotional aspects of seeing your potential client as a person rather than a transactional and fictional figure.

Clear Vision and Mission

Clients pick up on poor habits and reputations fast. A company that has developed a clear vision and mission for the company lasts much longer than those who don’t. With a defined vision and mission for your business, the people on your team begin to work towards fulfilling that vision with you.

So the story that you tell your team becomes extremely important. Can they understand where you are going? Are they aligned with your mission and what you are hoping to do?

Finding your soulmate client is an inside job. You need to establish and set the ground of who you are and what you are trying to be before you click and set up that dating profile to look for your soulmate client.

Defined Values.

A company that thrives tends to have a defined value.

Einstein says, “Like Energy Attracts Like Energy.”

To find your soulmate clients, you’ll need to understand the values you bring to your business. People look for companies and businesses that resonate with similar interests and values to avoid conflicts.

If you are looking for a new job, this becomes particularly important because there are probably several reasons why you’ve chosen to leave a company. These reasons range from burnout, being overwhelmed, feeling unrecognized and appreciated, being underpaid, and more.

An Elegant And Loving Way Of Marketing

As a business owner, that’s how you want to narrow your search and streamline your marketing efforts by attracting those who GET you. Instead of looking for 1000 people and hoping you find one who said Yes to try out your product, why not get 100 Yes right from the start by working with your soulmate clients?

If you want to work with clients who will appreciate your services, who need what you have to offer, and who are willing to pay for it-you, first need to get clear on WHO that person is and WHO you are at the core of your soul contract.

The better you know your target market or soulmate client, the easier it becomes to create content (social media posts, blog articles, lead magnets, etc.) that speaks directly to their needs.

When you know who you’re talking to, what they want, and how you can help them get it-selling becomes a whole lot easier (and more fun).
