The Law of Being

We all want to know if we’re on the right track or not when it comes to our belief in The Law of Attraction. Perhaps you have experienced tumbleweeds rolling around on the horizon line of your life for the last few years and now the energy of action begins to trickle into your world at a fast and furious pace. Or perhaps there is this fire in your belly; enthusiastic energy that either makes you bounce out of bed in the morning or keeps you awake at night.

These are all beautiful elements to experience when your soul is in alignment and you are purposeful and fulfilled. You deeply feel open, as if the walls of your heart have been taken down and here you are waiting with open arms to receive whatever the Universe is willing to present you with. This is a sign that life is starting to support your intentions. This is the time to learn to say ‘YES’ and feel really good about it.

But how do you align yourself with the Universe? Perhaps you have read “The Secret” which is based on the belief of the law of attraction, which claims that thoughts can change a person’s life directly. Perhaps you are into numerology and believe that 11:11 or 222 as signs from the Universe. No matter which route or methodology you follow, it all comes down to whether you are in connection with yourself.

How do you connect to yourself?

Many times, we think of spirituality as which religious belief we follow but the truth is spirituality is just a broad concept with room for many perspectives. In general, when we talk about spirituality it generally includes a sense of connectivity to something greater than ourselves. For some, they may find their spiritual life linked to their association with a church or a temple. Others may simply define it as their connection to nature, to art or to a higher power.

Spirituality and Emotional Health comes hand in hand. Spirituality is about seeking a meaningful connection with something bigger than yourself, which can result in positive emotions, such as peace, contentment, gratitude, and acceptance. Emotional health is about cultivating a positive state of mind, which can broaden your outlook to recognize and incorporate a connection to something larger than yourself.

How can you improve your own spirituality and connectivity?

THE POWER OF NOW

Everything in this world is actually made up of energy; you, me and everything around us. And when you grasp that the Universe is language only in the present tense, then you can communicate and align with the universe in a way that is so powerful that you drop the resistance to whatever it is that you’re wanting to manifest. No longer dwell in the negativity that involves resentment, anger, stress, struggle, and frustration. Instead, you begin to focus on gratitude, love, caring, opportunities and confidence.

One of my favorite author and spiritual leader, Eckhart Tolle, is a big proponent on the POWER of NOW.

“When you surrender to what is and so become fully present, the past ceases to have any power. The realm of Being, which had been obscured by the mind, then opens up. Suddenly, a great stillness arises within you, an unfathomable sense of peace. And within that peace, there is a great joy. And within that joy, there is love. And at the innermost core, there is the sacred, the immeasurable, that which cannot be named.” –Eckhart Tolle

DON’T BE AFRAID TO FAIL

Sometimes we forget the Universe is on our side. You can attract anything you want to attract. You can be totally peaceful and content just being in this moment and that’s the true ecstasy and joy of life. Unfortunately, many people don’t think that way. They think if someone’s out to get them, there are no good people. Most people are liars. Therefore, when sign shows up, an opportunity comes and we’re afraid to ask that person out, to start the business, to share that idea, to have that scary conversation to ask for what we truly want because we don’t want to fail. We don’t want to mess up. We don’t want to feel bad. We don’t want to put our energy into something, and it doesn’t work out.

But here’s the thing. We live in a world of infinite possibilities. We live in a totally friendly, abundant world. We live in a world where the Universe, where God, where spirit, where Buddha and with whatever you want to call, that life itself is by nature a friendly, beautiful place, and life should be good. It should be enjoyed. You deserve whenever it is that you want. So, don’t be afraid! Even if you do fail or messed up, the purpose of that challenge is so you grow as a person. Because it’s not what you get from the universe; it is who you become in the process.

Recently, I have an increasing sense of this experience. When we are aligned with the Universe, there is an inner knowing that we have that we are living life according to the divine plan and not be swayed by all of the nonsense that is around us all the time. We are living our life in accordance with our true values and our true selves, not getting muddled up by all the masks that we need to wear. Not getting muddled up by all the advertising, and influences that are trying to make us do their bidding.

When I am in alignment, I am as close to being in bliss and in flow state as possible. Everything feels effortless, and everything happens in such a gratuitous manner that I feel forever grateful and enamored. I am in that joyous state of love all the time. Everything is roses and gold. It is such a great place to be living and being.

This is the Law of Being.

Warmly,
